      <description>&lt;p&gt;g&#252;n&#252;m&#252;zde bir &#231;ok memuriyette g&#246;r&#252;nen lakayitlik malesef ki &#252;niversite kamp&#252;slerine de ta&#351;&#305;nm&#305;&#351; durumdad&#305;r. ve en &#246;nemli amac&#305; &#252;niversite &#246;&#287;rencilerine y&#246;nelik sorunlara &#231;&#246;z&#252;m getirmek olan &#246;&#287;renci i&#351;leri, zaman zaman sorun &#231;&#305;karan bir m&#252;essese olmaya ba&#351;lam&#305;&#351;t&#305;r.
  &#246;&#287;renciler, yanl&#305;&#351; y&#246;nlendirilmek, eksik bilgilendirilmek ve kanunlar&#305;n eksik kald&#305;&#287;&#305; durumlarda tek ba&#351;&#305;na  b&#305;rak&#305;lmak gibi durumlarla kar&#351;&#305; kar&#351;&#305;ya kalmaktad&#305;r.
