         Olumsuz duygu, d&#252;&#351;&#252;nce ve davran&#305;&#351;lar&#305;m&#305;z&#305;n kayna&#287;&#305; ge&#231;mi&#351;tedir. &#304;&#231;inde ya&#351;ad&#305;&#287;&#305;m&#305;z toplum ve k&#252;lt&#252;r&#252;n bize &#246;&#287;rettikleri, ko&#351;ullanmam&#305;za yol a&#231;ar. Toplumsal ki&#351;ili&#287;imiz, zaman i&#231;inde ya&#351;ad&#305;&#287;&#305;m&#305;z psikolojik zaman&#305; tam ya&#351;amaktan al&#305;koyar. Ya ge&#231;mi&#351;te ya da gelecekte ya&#351;amaya zorlar bizi. Bug&#252;n&#252; ya&#351;amay&#305; isteriz.  Ancak; ko&#351;ullanmalar bunu ba&#351;armam&#305;z&#305; engeller. &lt;br&gt;&#350;u &lt;a href="http://www.hatunca.net/content/view/2095/120/"&gt;an&#305; ya&#351;amay&#305;&lt;/a&gt;, baz&#305; meditasyon ve gev&#351;eme teknikleri ile &#246;&#287;renebiliriz. 

         1-) Merkez Deneyimi:&lt;br&gt;Kendimizi serbest b&#305;rakma egzersizi ve merkezimizi hissetme egzersizi ile deneyimi ger&#231;ekle&#351;tirebiliriz. Rahat&#231;a oturun d&#246;rt-be&#351; kez derin nefes al&#305;p verin. Nefesinizi sayabilirsiniz. Ald&#305;&#287;&#305;n&#305;z havay&#305; hissedin. Kaburgalar&#305;n&#305;z&#305;, midenizi, diyafram&#305;n&#305;z&#305; hissedin. Nefesinizi normal duruma getirin. Dikkatinizi ba&#351;&#305;n&#305;zdan ayaklar&#305;n&#305;za kadar dola&#351;t&#305;r&#305;n. Yorumlamadan, dikkatinizi hissettiklerinize y&#246;neltin. S&#252;k&#251;net mi? Kayg&#305; m&#305;? Ba&#351;ka ne? Hissetti&#287;iniz duygunun kar&#351;&#305;t&#305;n&#305; hissetmeye &#231;al&#305;&#351;&#305;n. 

         Bu dikkat ve hissetmeleri birka&#231; kez yineleyebilirsiniz. Size zor gelebilir ama uygulay&#305;n. Kendinizi serbest b&#305;rak&#305;n, kendinizi oldu&#287;unuz gibi hissetmek nas&#305;l bir duygu onu hissedin. 

         Merkez s&#246;zc&#252;&#287;&#252;n&#252; ve kavram&#305;n&#305; d&#252;&#351;&#252;n&#252;n. Merkezinizi hissedin, fark&#305;na var&#305;n. Merkezinizin enerjisini ve hareketini izleyin. Ba&#351;&#305;n&#305;zdan aya&#287;&#305;n&#305;za bu enerjiyi hissedin. Enerjiyi en fazla nerenizde hissediyorsunuz? Bunu istedi&#287;iniz kadar s&#252;rd&#252;r&#252;n. G&#246;zlerinizi yava&#351;&#231;a a&#231;&#305;n. Serbest b&#305;rakma ve merkeze yo&#287;unla&#351;may&#305; sabah ak&#351;am yemeklerden &#246;nce yapman&#305;z uygun olur.
