	&lt;p&gt;Yap&#305;lan bir ara&#351;t&#305;rmaya g&#246;re kuru erik piyasada bulunan g&#305;dalar aras&#305;nda en y&#252;ksek &lt;a href="\"http://tr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antioksidan"&gt;antioksidan&lt;/a&gt; oran&#305;na sahip g&#305;da.  Bu kulvarda kuru erik en yak&#305;n rakibi kuru &#252;z&#252;mden yakla&#351;&#305;k 2 kat daha &#246;nde bulunuyor.&lt;/p&gt;
