      <title>Turp Yata&#287;&#305;nda Bonfile</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Bonfileyi, ama d&#246;v&#252;lmemi&#351;, &#351;&#246;yle takoz &#351;eklinde haz&#305;rlanm&#305;&#351;, g&#252;zel de pi&#351;irilmi&#351; bir bonfileyi hi&#231;bir &#351;eye de&#287;i&#351;mem. &#199;o&#287;u zaman sadece g&#252;zel &#305;zgara yap&#305;lm&#305;&#351; bir bonfile, yan&#305;ndaki garnit&#252;r ile hem besleyici, hem doyurucu hem de g&#246;ze hitap eden bir ziyafete d&#246;n&#252;&#351;ebilir. Bu da &#246;ylesi denemelerden biriydi. &lt;br&gt;Malzemeler:&lt;br&gt;1 turp (uzunlardan, havu&#231; gibi olanlar)&lt;br&gt;10 - 12 taze fasulye&lt;br&gt;zeytinya&#287;&#305;&lt;br&gt;balzamik sirke&lt;br&gt;2 takoz bonfile&lt;br&gt;Izgara tavas&#305; (tercihen d&#246;k&#252;m)&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Tavaya f&#305;r&#231;a ile zeytinya&#287; s&#252;r&#252;p oca&#287;a oturtuyorum. &#304;yice k&#305;z&#305;ncaya kadar bekliyorum. Sonra takozlar&#305; tavaya al&#305;p, oca&#287;&#305; orta &#305;s&#305;ya ayarl&#305;yorum. Bu &#351;ekilde iyice pi&#351;inceya kadar bir y&#252;z&#252;n&#252; bekliyorum. &#214;nemli olan s&#305;k s&#305;k tavadan kald&#305;rmamak. Net bir &#351;ekilde &#305;zgara &#231;izgileri olmas&#305; gerekiyor. &#304;lk y&#252;z&#252;nde bekledi&#287;imiz &#305;zgara &#231;izgileri olu&#351;tuktan sonra di&#287;er y&#252;z&#252;n&#252; &#231;evirip orada da benzer izlerin olu&#351;mas&#305;n&#305; bekliyorum. Ard&#305;ndan yan taraflar&#305;n pi&#351;mesi i&#231;in yanlara ayn&#305; i&#351;lemi yap&#305;yorum. Ocak &#231;ok k&#305;s&#305;k olup suyunu salmas&#305;na sak&#305;n izin vermeyin. Suyu i&#231;inde hapsolmal&#305; ama iyi de pi&#351;meli.&lt;br&gt;Etler pi&#351;erken di&#287;er tarafta tabaklar&#305;n haz&#305;rl&#305;&#287;&#305;na ge&#231;ilebilir:&lt;br&gt;Turptan soygu&#231;la soyuyormu&#351; gibi ince uzun dilimler &#231;&#305;kart&#305;p, kaynayan suda 2-3 dakika ha&#351;l&#305;yorum. Taze fasulye de kaynayan suda 5 dakika ha&#351;lan&#305;yor. Tabaklar&#305;n ortas&#305;na ha&#351;lanm&#305;&#351; turplar&#305; kar&#305;&#351;&#305;k olarak spagettiymi&#351; gibi yerle&#351;tiriyorum. Taba&#287;&#305; 6 ya b&#246;l&#252;yormu&#351; gibi fasulyeleri ortadan kenarlara do&#287;ru diziyorum.  Tabaklar haz&#305;rland&#305;ktan sonra, &#231;ok az&#305;c&#305;k balzamik sirke gezdirip turp yata&#287;&#305;n&#305;n &#252;st&#252;ne birer takoz bonfileyi yerle&#351;tiriyorum. Elimde bir de taze biberiye varsa ortas&#305;na dikiveriyorum. Tabii ki &#252;st&#252;ne taze &#231;ekilmi&#351; karabiber...&lt;br&gt;Bo&#351; gitmez tabii ki...
