      <description>&lt;p&gt;Okullar 17 Eyl&#252;l'de yine sorunlarla &lt;a href="http://www.ilkokuma.com/haberler_files/551.htm"&gt;a&#231;&#305;lacak&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br&gt;&#214;&#287;retmenlerimizin hazin durumu,e&#287;itim materyallerinin ve fiziki ortam yetersizli&#287;i vb.  Milli E&#287;itim Bakanl&#305;&#287;&#305;(MEB ) her e&#287;itim-&#246;&#287;retim y&#305;l&#305;nda &#246;&#287;retmenlere verilen &lt;a href="http://www.takvim.com.tr/2006/08/06/eko127.html"&gt;haz&#305;rl&#305;k &#246;dene&#287;ini&lt;/a&gt; bu e&#287;itim &#246;&#287;retim y&#305;l&#305; i&#231;in 450 YTL'ye &#231;&#305;kard&#305;. &#214;&#287;retmenlere, ge&#231;en y&#305;l 425 YTL e&#287;itime haz&#305;rl&#305;k &#246;dene&#287;i &#246;denmi&#351;ti.Yani 25 ytl ZAM gelmi&#351; oldu. &#350;&#252;k&#252;r etmek laz&#305;m belki ama bu i&#351;te bir tuhafl&#305;k var bence. Niye mi? &#350;undan dolay&#305;:&#214;&#287;retmenlerin b&#252;y&#252;k bir k&#305;sm&#305; okulda &#246;&#287;rencileri i&#231;in kaynak kitap,test,soru bankas&#305; gibi m&#252;fredat d&#305;&#351;&#305; bir y&#305;&#287;&#305;n &#351;ey temin etmek zorunda hissediyor kendini. Bir s&#305;n&#305;fta 35 &#246;&#287;rencinin oldu&#287;unu kabul edersek &#246;&#287;retmen yapaca&#287;&#305; s&#305;nav&#305;n ve &#231;ektirece&#287;i fotokopinin paras&#305;n&#305; alam&#305;yor. Yani k&#305;rtasiye paras&#305; olarak &#246;&#287;retmenlere verilen haz&#305;rl&#305;k &#246;dene&#287;i ku&#351; olup u&#231;uyor asl&#305;nda. 450 ytl iyi para diyenler olabilir. Ama hesap yaparsak o para bir d&#246;nem bile yetmez &#246;&#287;retmene.... &#214;&#287;retmeni sevindirmek isterlerse asl&#305;nda y&#305;lda 2 kez tak&#305;m elbise ve &#246;rne&#287;in ( 500ytl'lik &#231;ek ) kitap-gazete almak i&#231;in verilebilir. Madem zam yapam&#305;yorlar ve &lt;a href="http://www.ogretmenlerodasi.com/index.php?option=com_content&amp;task=view&amp;id=1194&amp;Itemid=403"&gt;150 bin &#246;&#287;retmen&lt;/a&gt; ihtiyac&#305;n&#305; gideremiyorlar birtak&#305;m iyile&#351;tirmelerle &#246;&#287;retmenin &#246;&#287;renci kar&#351;&#305;s&#305;nda yok olan sayg&#305;nl&#305;&#287;&#305;n&#305; geri getiremesede en az&#305;ndan bir katk&#305; sa&#287;lanm&#305;&#351; olurdu.. Ama 2050 y&#305;l&#305;nda belki olur bu dileklerimiz. &#214;&#287;retmenlerimizin hakk&#305; &#246;denmez!
