Cesitli saglik sorunlariyla karsilasmamak icin  &lt;a href="http://www.internethaber.com"&gt;internethaber.com&lt;/a&gt;&#8217;daki haberden basliklari asagida ozetliyorum:

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; yeterli ve dengeli beslenmeye dikkat etmeliyiz. bunun icin peynir yogurt,tavuk yumurta,kuru baklagiller,sebze ve meyve turleri tuketmeliyiz.&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; az yeyip cok cignemeliyiz&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt;  cok sicak ve cok soguk yiyeceklere hemen dalmamaliyiz&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.&lt;/strong&gt; etli veya etsiz / az yagli sebze yemegi, yogurt,meyve tuketmeliyiz&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.&lt;/strong&gt;  tatli olarak; sutlac,keskul,gullac gibi sutluleri tercih etmeliyiz&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.&lt;/strong&gt;  dort besin grubuna dikkat etmekle birlikte bunlarin oneri miktarlarinin yas,cinsiyet ve fiziksel aktivite durumuna oranlarini etkiledigini unutmamaliyiz. &lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. &lt;/strong&gt; sahura kalkmayi ihmal etmemeliyiz. Sahur menumuzde uzun vakit bizi tok tutabilecek seyler tuketmeye ozen gostermeliyiz.
