      <description>&lt;p&gt;Ge&#231;ti&#287;imiz iki ay i&#231;inde fark&#305;na bile varmadan 8 kilo verdim. Ve bu i&#351;i egzersiz ya da diyet yapmadan, k&#305;sa bir kitaptan &#246;&#287;rendi&#287;im bir hile ile becerdim.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Bu kitab&#305;n yay&#305;n haklar&#305;n&#305; al&#305;p k&#246;&#351;eyi d&#246;nmeyi &#252;mit ediyordum, ama maalesef yay&#305;n haklar&#305;n&#305; satan ajansa "pilli yay&#305;nevi" olarak pek g&#252;ven veremedik. Ben de hafif arkada&#351;lar&#305;mla payla&#351;ay&#305;m dedim.&lt;/p&gt;
